First of all, good to have you back!
Second, I wrote this to Steve F. at Wayside this morning: This is not a U.S. performance. This footage was filmed at the Molde Jazz Festival in Norway on the 4th or 5th of August 1972. They played there twice, and it is not known which of the 2 performances was filmed. The source video is taken from the Norwegian TV archives.
