Remaster notes:

Editing (Nero 8), both sets unless indicated:
- Phase correction
- Noise print NR, lowest setting that leaves music unaffected - a little improved actually !!
- Stereo balance offset corrected by 15% reduction in right channel
- Merged "Birds of Fire", missing in the BBC broadcast, into set 1, using Source 2
- +2dB bass eq on Set 1 tr03
- Corrected volume variations between and within all Source 2 tracks, especially track starts
- Increased volume of all Set 2 applause / announcement segments by +6dB
- Combined tracks for editing, then re-tracked to avoid SBEs
